I got nothing.  And that’s okay too. 

New research suggests the average human has 6,000+ thoughts per day. 

This sounds low to me, I THOUGHT it was missing 10…thousand. 

The absence of “thought” may sound: pointless, confusing or even stressful. 

You may feel an unspoken, conditioned, even self inflicted pressure to always be doing, producing, thinking and planning. 

There is a necessity and benefit to being productive, focused on planning, thinking and analyzing. Where would we be without these habits and skills? 

But those 6,000 thoughts just keep coming. So we may want a new habit and skill to help us stay balanced, mindful & present.  Good news, this one involves zero thoughts. Nada, zip, cero.
